Pindi Chana Recipe

This is a recipe for Chickpea

1) Pan+ oil + Cumin seeds + Ajwain + Tomato ---------->stir well
2) 1tsp ginger garlic paste  --->mix well
3) 2-3 Tsp gram flour --->mix well n cook
4) Add corriender powder +chilli powder+ Chat masala
5) Add salt to taste + Amchoor
6) Add boiled kabuli chana or chickpeas
7) Add hot water
8) Cover lid
9) Garnish with corriander leaf and lime juice

Enjoy Pindi Chana with Roti/Naan or Rice
